ACF is incorporated as a segregated portfolio company (SPC) and registered as private fund under the Private Funds Act of the Cayman Islands. The chosen legal form enables ACF to segregate assets and liabilities between portfolios. 

ACF’s main objective is to allocate capital to achieve absolute returns and generate income through long term investment strategies across multiple asset classes.

ACF is geography and sector agnostic. The investment strategy is to identify investments across multiple asset classes, with a three to seven-year investment tenure for the purposes of capital appreciation.
